A short drive from the airport, the Cranbrook Community Forest is a stunning natural paradise. With miles of hiking trails, pristine lakes, and abundant wildlife, it's the perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts. Our kids especially loved splashing in the cooling waters of Elizabeth Lake.
Fort Steele Heritage Town
Step back in time at Fort Steele Heritage Town, a living history museum that showcases the Gold Rush era. We marveled at the authentic buildings, costumed interpreters, and interactive exhibits that brought the past to life. Our little ones were particularly fascinated by the blacksmith demonstrations.
