Our family of four recently embarked on a memorable weekend getaway near Gothenburg-Landvetter Airport. We stumbled upon a hidden gem that exceeded our expectations.
Upon arriving at the airport, we checked into the family-friendly Radisson Blu Airport Hotel where we were welcomed with spacious rooms and a playground for the kids. The convenient Airport Express bus took us into the city in under 20 minutes.
We spent the next two days exploring Liseberg, Scandinavia's largest amusement park. Our children were thrilled by the towering Balder wooden roller coaster and the interactive Kaninlandet water park. The park also had plenty of entertainment options for younger kids, such as a petting zoo and a puppet theater.
