Unforgettable Family Adventure at Iceland's Blue Lagoon
Our recent family trip to Iceland was unforgettable, thanks in large part to our stay at the Blue Lagoon Clinic. Just 15 minutes from Keflavik International Airport, this renowned geothermal spa offers an unparalleled experience for all ages.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly and helpful staff. Our younger children were thrilled to splash in the shallow end of the lagoon, while the older ones enjoyed swimming in the warmer waters. The stunning surroundings, surrounded by volcanic rock formations, added an element of magic to the day.
One of the highlights for us was the Silica Mud Mask. We slathered the mineral-rich mud all over our faces and bodies, feeling its soothing and rejuvenating effects. My wife and I also indulged in massages at the on-site Lava Cove Spa, which were divine.
Our stay included breakfast and dinner at the Lava Restaurant. The buffet offerings were extensive and delicious, with something to please every palate. We especially enjoyed the Icelandic lamb and the freshly baked pastries.
Overall, our family had an incredible time at the Blue Lagoon Clinic. The staff was exceptional, the facilities were spotless, and the experience was truly memorable. We highly recommend this spa to any family looking for a unique and rejuvenating getaway near Keflavik International Airport.
